Wow im so shocked this worked! My dog is a pain in the butt in the car so I got this as a car seat. It’s not meant for that but I’m not really using it for that. I just need him to hold still. The straps actually fit the seat and held him up great! The only reason it’s not 5 stars would just be the fact that the zippers could be higher quality. But in all it works great for what I intended it for! Im so excited to take a car ride with him!

It’s exaclty as advertised. The material seems really nice and the carrier feels sturdy with nice padding for your shoulders! And I like the double straps in the back for support! My dog feels secure to me.I would also say it is true to size. My dog is a 13lb Yorkiepoo. Measurements: base of neck to tail: 11in. Neck: 10.5-11in. Chest: 18in. Front to back leg distance: 7-8in.My dog was a little grumpy while I putting it on her because it took me a second to figure out all the buckles when actually putting it on her because I couldn’t see under her lol but it’s fairly simple!She is leaning forward a bit in the carrier, unsure if that means it’s a little too big, but sizing down would be too small.The butt of the carrier is structured as well so it’s a nice seat for her and her tail perfectly comes out of the tail hole!As you can see, she’s just straight chillin.Would recommend!

I absolutely love this Pawaboo pet carrier backpack. My little fur baby is very comfortable inside, and it has been super useful for our adventures with my dog Cody. He doesn’t seem to feel any discomfort at all. In fact, he even fell asleep inside like he was being carried as a baby, it was so funny! You can tell he sits comfortably and feels secure.We use it especially when he gets tired during long hikes, and it makes everything so much easier. And the design is beautiful! Definitely one of the best purchases I’ve ever made.

Great fit for our smaller sized cat. Male kitten (ish) weighs about 6 lbs but due to body length opted for a medium. It fits him great! And he seems to enjoy it. Easy on and off without much stress or back pull on the human.

Fits the corgi perfectly. She has no complaints. She is 34 lbs and very long. We wear her on the front and it works well. Ignore how depressed she looks.

We have had this since June of 2025 and have used it intermittently until recently. I would say it works as expected. My dog had to get used to the extra handle near him because it was just a different sensation, he's a 10 lb chihuahua, BTW. All was going great with the leash until this week. While walking the clip just unclipped from my dogs harness. I thought it was my fault, that I didn't clip it correctly, so I reclipped it and continued. It then happened again, the leash came off the harness. Looking at it closer the clip on the leash easily opens up just enough by itself to cause the problem. I will contact the seller to see if I can get a replacement and revise my review.Follow up 1/22/25: I contacted the seller and they fully replaced the item. They were quick to respond and followed up as they promised. I changed my rating based on my interaction.

I bought this recently and I can say that it is quite functional, lightweight, and practical. However, the issue I had was with the zipper on the main pouch. Apparently the stitching came undone, and when I pulled the zipper to close it, the zipper pull came off in my hand because it popped out of place from the zipper teeth. I have used it 2 times, it could be a minor defect, but this has been my experience, extra effort to repair/sew it.

Great product. Made with good quality material and priced right. Shoulder straps are well cushioned and comes with plenty of clips and adjustable straps to secure your pet. I ordered my 30lbs frenchie a size XL and was too big. Also my dog is intact and he seemed so uncomfortable. This type of backpack dog carrier perhaps suites a smaller lighter weight pet.

I have an 18 pound doxen mix, and she's getting older and wants me to hold her constantly, so I had to buy something to where I could hold her but continue to get my chores done

I'm very positively surprised by the product. It is well made and looks sturdy without any loose threads. My maltese puppy is 3 months old and the harness is a bit big for her, so I tied an additional elastic around the middle part. It still works that way and it will still be useful when she grows. I urge buyers to train their dog to use the harness and not just pop them in and go. Give some treats when trying it on and extend the wearing time gradually. My puppy first squirmed and wanted out but soon did a full walk outside with it. The only complaint is that the waist strap for the human is very long but the small straps for the dog are a bit short. They could be longer for when she grows but it's not a big issue.

It's a great concept/ idea. My dog is a puller so having it attached to my waist saves my hands and arms. The only reason for the lower rating is because the handles are coming loose. I've only used this for 2 weeks. I'd expect it to last longer than that, especially as it's designed for large dogs.

I have a 13” long from start-of-tail to neck mini dachshund. The pet carrier serves its function and my dog finds it comfortable. His weight seems to be distributed well. I bought the carrier for use when flyfishing as he goes most everywhere with me and his little legs can’t navigate the river flow well. I would recommend measuring the back length as the company suggests to determine the size of carrier that is needed. I’m sure we will use it often during flyfishing.

I got the X-Large. It is pretty good but it put too much pressure on my dogs “V” area. I think it’s better for smaller dogs.

I think my dog is technically heavier than recommended but we make it work. He is 33# so I could not use it randomly walking around but once I put my feet up on the scooter his weight rests on my lap. It is pretty difficult to put on as there are several different straps and clips that can get tangled or confused but more adjustments means more secure I guess. Depending on the body type of your dog it could rub weird if used for long periods. I own a scooter rental company and we sometimes scoot home about a mile. He is very active and independent - I was shocked that he let me put him in this. He LOVES it. Idk if it is because he is literally strapped to my body or because he gets to smell allllll the smells but he goes crazy when I get it out. Very fun and we get LOTS of looks.

Quoting a song there to be funny. Seriously though: FINALLY ! Like many animals who are not crate-trained from birth, my dog has zero want to be in any type of small transporting enclosure. Unfortunately, she is old now and cannot walk long distances, so I need to be able to move her quickly, further and faster. There are a lot of places she can still enjoy, like the beach, but she just can't do the whole trek anymore from the car across the sand dunes. I have been unable to get her into any kind of carrier. Carrying her without support is getting too heavy and difficult for me. When the answer to all my problems, this PetBonus dog backpack arrived, I was able to easily use it, put it on my dog like a harness, and pick her up like a baby to carry as a front pack. She tried to escape at first, but then quickly became calm and cozy. Her body felt at ease. Moving forward, I know she will love this, for all the places she can now go again. For me, it is so much easier and lighter to carry her with the padded back support. This is so amazing and very well designed and made! I got a size Large for a 19 pound dog that measures 24 inches around the her chest and 20 inches neck base to tail start. It fits her and me perfectly on the tight small setting. You can easily expand 5 more inches of chest and dog length. I am extremely grateful for this product that will enable me and my senior dog to enjoy her last days together in fabulous places. First let’s start off with I absolutely love this Carrier for my 8 pound nine-year-old Yorkie.He loves to go on walks and bike rides but I end up having to carry him about 45 minutes into our walk if we go on a trail or we’re going somewhere and walking for a long period of time. He gets tired and wants me to carry him and it hurts my arm and I have to keep switching arms and it’s just a pain so this should make our walks longer and more enjoyable. I also have a female pit and she loves walks so having a big dog and a small dog one can walk longer than the other he takes more steps because he such a little dog. So I’m so excited to try this and I really hope that it helps. Overall the product is very good quality I love that it has zippers on both sides to make it easy to put your pet in it has extra room on the bottom so it won’t squish his private it also has a tail hole which he doesn’t have a really long tail so it always ends up going back in but for dogs who have long tails it will be good for. It also has two straps so you can strap it and then zipper so it makes it very easy. It feels very comfortable on my shoulders on my back which makes it very exciting to try because other bags tend to hurt your shoulder especially the ones that are like a shoulder bag. It has pads for your shoulders. crosses in the back and has large clips on size. Also has padding where your dog sits . I’m very happy with this.I’m not too sure if he likes it yet because I just put him in it to try it and he was kind of confused and kept trying to get out and was kind of shaking a little bit in a little bit nervous because he’s never been in one before. But I think once we’re out walking and he gets tired he’s going to love that he’s being carried in it I definitely have to work on making him comfortable being in it. And putting the carrier in a positive situation so he’ll be happy to use it. I want him to feel secure. So it’s definitely something that needs to be worked on but overall I think this Carrier is going to work very well😁🐶🐾

I bought this to carry my 8 week old puppy. It seems durable with strong material and clips for securing the dog. The challenge is getting the pup inside it. Her 9 pound body wriggled around a lot, but she didn’t fall out. Overall, it serves its purpose to keep the puppy safe until fully vaccinated.

Perfect for my Teddy Bear dog. He loves it.

I know this review is months late, but I didn't know how it would turn out for us after not having to wear winter clothing etc. The fanny pack falls off of me. There is not way to make it smaller around my waist just wearing shorts, work out clothes etc in warmer weather. Please try to make your product more smaller persons friendly. I am 5.3 and don't weigh past 105 on a good day.

Comfy and easy to use. My dog doesn’t mind getting carried around in this!
