Trail Teck offers free shipping to North America on all orders. Our goal is to make outdoor gear accessible and stress-free from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been prepared and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note that processing times may vary slightly during high-demand periods or holidays.

Delivery Time Estimates

Delivery times vary based on location and shipping conditions:

  • United States & North America:
    Orders typically arrive within 8–12 business days, though delivery may occasionally take longer during peak demand or unforeseen shipping delays.

  • International Orders:
    International delivery generally takes 10–15 business days, depending on destination and customs processing.

We work to ship items as quickly as possible while keeping customers informed throughout the process.

Split Shipments

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery. This means you may receive more than one package for a single order, each with its own tracking information.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active after shipment.

If you are unable to locate your tracking email, please contact our support team and we’ll be happy to help.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or is lost during shipping, please contact us as soon as possible. In some cases, we may request photos of the damaged item to assist with replacement processing.

Eligible lost or damaged items will be replaced at no additional cost to you.

Important Shipping Notes

  • Free promotional items are not refundable, but may be replaced if lost during shipping.

  • Replacement shipments may be sent up to 7 days after the original delivery is confirmed.

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or customs processing.
