These are excellent 2 dog leashes since it lets them both extend independently and rotates to reduces tangles.That said, I’ve bought five. Yes, 5. Why? Because one of the extension lock buttons always breaks. We have 18 pound westies, so well within the specified limit of 44 pounds. Once it happened within the return window and I was able to get it exchanged.The silicone gel handle version is not good. Don’t get it. The gel part squished out and got nasty quick, until we started removing the gunk. This model also has one of the leashes stop retracting and I just cut it off to be able to use it with one dog at least.With all that being said, I’m buying a sixth one because it’s just so good for walking two dogs (we have three).

It works great.We bought the other one off ebay that's similar to this one that has the poobag holder and flashlight attachment to it and it was terrible.

Pros: This leash is actually great, functionally it works, it makes hiking with my dogs much easier, they are both sniffers and this gives some flexibility to sniff without being on top of each other and getting all tangled. I have a young dog and an old man, having some space is good for them.Cons: It does promote bad behavior in dogs, my dogs are all over the place when they're on this thing. I would never use this in a crowded area or taking them to the vet. You have less control of your dogs. For my situation it's for hiking rocky terrain and I don't fall from being pulled. I do not recommend this if you're trying to train or instill good behavior with your dogs.-The pictures don't show this, but once the retractable leash is extended about 2 feet, it turns into a shoelace type material. I thought the entire retractable leash was the orange and green material/thickness. It's not. I included a picture to show what I mean. This is definitely not a heavy duty leash, even a small dog could pull this and break it. I don't see it lasting long.Overall I returned it, I used it once, it was great, but know it's only a matter of time before it breaks. I think this is good for older/low energy dogs. I wish it could work for me!

Great dog leash they don’t get tangled up with each other and the retractable leash makes it so they can have more of a freedom of distance than a typical leash very happy with it won’t go back to single leashes again

Works grate, we have two dogs and they just see the lead they go crazy with excitement! One is recovering from a ACL strain. So I can control them a lot better.

I have used this over the past year and it has been amazing! I love the two colors so you know which dog you are controlling with the retractable button. It allows the dogs to separate at different lengths when using the bathroom unlike the double leash that has the two dogs attached at the neck basically.

I read the direction pamphlet first... Then we went for a short walk, all good. The 2nd day the pups, 2 Poms, were excited and wrapped around my legs. The cords burned my leg skin, then tore my skin. I tried to grab the cords and burned my hands. It also doesn't flip to not tangle...had to untangle it repeatedly. Both cords are black and you can't tell which one is which, once tangled. You can't smoothly untangle without burning your hands. Extremely dissapointed... Dangerous!There are better products...

So easy to use love it

I have bought the same leash three times it is so easy to handle both of my dogs at the same time and they can each go their separate way and that's important.It's very sturdy the only reason why I've had to buy more is because every time I take my dogs out they have to be on a leash and I walk them 5 to 8 times a day so even with that much ware they still last a couple years. I have a seven and a 13 pound dog and it is just perfect for their weight.

Love it. I waited more than a month to review to make sure the thing was sturdy enough to handle our two dogs and it has been working beyond expectations. It doesn't get tangled and the dogs have learned to use it very intuitively

The retractable part is fine & it gives a safe length for your dog to walk! But my dogs keep getting tangled up & or dragging eachother

I bought the 2025 version almost a year ago. It still works except 1 side doesn't always lock. So I got the 2026 version as backup. The "new" one, about the same price, feels SO cheap. The plastic feels like it's going to break every time I use it. I doubt it will last long. Sad cuz I love it.

Product is a big help. Helps us manage our dogs while on walks. Being able to control length of each leash is a bonus feature. Product is sturdy and easy to use. Delivery was on time.

I have 3 dogs and now I can walk them all at the same time.
